Meet Our SurgeonDr. Michael Allard has been delivering outstanding care in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery here in Arizona since 2000. He received his dental education at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, then completed a general practice residency at the Veteran's Medical Center in Sepulveda, California. He gives back to the community through his involvement with Sojourner Center, a safe house for abused women, as well as the Boys and Girls Club of America and several local hospitals. Dr. Allard and his staff participate annually in the Mission of Mercy dental drive where they donate their time and services to those in need of surgical care who are financially unable to seek treatment. An Experienced Surgery TeamOur team at Arrowhead Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery complete complex dental surgeries that require an Oral Surgeon. Dr. Allard has performed countless procedures and is affiliated with Arrowhead Hospital.
